The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager, AR for the Great Plains region to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a pod supporting three business units. You will partner with the Finance Director and division team to ensure stewardship of resources and timely financial deliverables.

You will provide strategic financial guidance, manage planning and reporting, and maintain strong internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and year-end close for the pod.
• Provide financial analysis and insights for planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain data integrity and internal controls across financial processes.
• Support implementation of financial strategies and process improvements.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable approvals and coordination with accounting.
