Based in the Great Plains region with US-wide responsibilities, this role emphasizes strategic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and close coordination with the Finance Director and division teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Workday including data entry, reporting, analysis.
• Experience translating financial information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced analytical abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting.
• Ability to partner with diverse teams and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, grant administration, and related finance activities for a pod.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain data integrity, controls, and processes across financial systems.
• Support implementation of financial strategies and process improvements.
• Approve accounts receivable/payable and coordinate with accounting staff as needed.
• Support management of private awards and fund proposals with philanthropy teams.
