Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Finance Assistant to own the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services accounts. You will pull data from multiple systems, build it into clean spreadsheets, and ensure invoices align with contract terms before sending to customers.

This remote role requires a sharp eye for numbers, ability to meet tight deadlines, and fluency in English. You will interact with internal teams and customer-facing stakeholders to resolve billing queries and ensure timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, sharp with numbers and deadlines.
• Experience processing high volumes of data and invoices.
• Understanding of a P&L and how billing feeds into it.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting docs.
• Pull billing and cost data from multiple systems and consolidate weekly.
• Check billing files for formula accuracy and contract alignment.
• Submit billing files for internal approval and issue invoices.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on invoice calculations and contract terms.
