The Billing Specialist role is remote, with UK hours (8:15–17:15), requiring English and Mandarin proficiency, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong MS Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, final check before money moves, with tight deadlines.
• Experience creating invoices or customer-facing financial documents; understands P&L.

Responsabilités

• Own the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services customers, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time.
• Pull and consolidate billing data from multiple systems and teams into clean spreadsheets.
• Check every invoice for formula accuracy, consistency, and contract alignment before it reaches customers.
