Portland Leather Goods is seeking an entry-level Finance Coordinator for a fully remote role with minimal travel. You will support accounts payable, maintain organized spreadsheets, and help ensure compliance and accuracy across financial records.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Prior finance experience is welcome but not required; a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable using Excel and accounting systems.
• File receipts, track payments, code transactions and support clerical workflows.
• Assist with compliance tracking to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, financial logs, and reports.
• Interact with colleagues and management to locate missing paperwork.
• Support ad hoc finance and operational tasks as assigned by the Payments Team.
