Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior F&A Transformation leader to own the AI transformation roadmap and governance. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Data teams to surface high-value AI opportunities, build scalable AI-enabled processes, and drive adoption across the Finance & Accounting function.

You will establish AI guidelines, educate on safe usage, and report KPIs to executives while ensuring SOX compliance and seamless integration with finance systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks
• Proven track record influencing Sr. Directors and executives
• AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain AI transformation roadmap, project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate new AI platforms and AI features in ERP/Finance tools.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value AI opportunities with ROI estimates.
• Oversee AI solution proof-of-concept delivery and vendor selection.
