Qualifications

• 12+ years in Finance or Accounting Transformation with AI/automation initiatives.
• Proven experience standing up or scaling AI transformation programs.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders at Sr. Director/VP/CFO levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the F&A AI operating model and roadmap.
• Partner with process leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
• Oversee proof-of-concept delivery and scale successful pilots.
• Design role-based learning paths for AI enablement in Finance & Accounting.
