CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a seasoned Finance/Accounting Transformation leader to drive the AI transformation roadmap across Finance and Accounting. You will partner with IT, Data, and business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, govern the portfolio, and scale successful pilots into production.

The role requires 12+ years in finance transformation with 3+ years delivering AI projects, and a strong foundation in core finance processes. MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.

Qualifications

12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
Proven experience influencing Sr. Director/VP/CFO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
Maintain AI transformation roadmap and project intake prioritization.
Partner with process leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
Oversee AI solution proof-of-concept delivery and scaling.
Educate on governance, data handling, and SOX implications.
