Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation leader to orchestrate the AI-driven evolution of Finance and Accounting processes. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, govern the AI program, and ensure scalable production deployments across the finance stack.

You'll design enablement paths, drive adoption, and report on KPI-driven value realization while maintaining rigorous governance and SOX-aligned controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A and Controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain F&A AI transformation roadmap and project intake.
• Evaluate new AI platforms and AI tools within Finance context.
• Partner with Process Leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
• Lead proof-of-concept delivery and vendor evaluation as needed.
• Design role-based learning paths for Finance AI enablement.
• Establish Finance-specific AI guidelines and governance.
• Provide executive updates on portfolio, outcomes, and risks.
