A leading manufacturer in the cement additives industry is looking for a Sales & Field Testing Manager. This fully remote role involves technical and commercial engagement, with responsibilities centered around optimizing production efficiency through advanced technologies in cement production. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and have 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. Frequent travel is required, and candidates must live near a major U.S. airport.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the cement industry, preferably in lab, production, or manufacturing settings.
• Strong technical aptitude and practical field experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships in a technical sales environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately twice monthly).
• Must reside near a major U.S. airport.

Responsabilidades

• Visit cement plants regularly to build and maintain strong relationships within the cement industry.
• Conduct and oversee on-site field trials; provide technical feedback and product optimization recommendations.
• Partner with R&D to suggest, test, and refine new product developments.
• Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities to identify trends.
• Serve as the primary technical expert to customers, representing the company in technical proposals.
