Qualifications

Strong technical aptitude and practical field experience.
Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships in a technical sales environment.
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately twice monthly).
Must reside near a major U.S. airport.
Responsibilities
Visit cement plants regularly to build and maintain strong relationships within the cement industry.
Conduct and oversee on-site field trials; provide technical feedback and product optimization recommendations.
Partner with R&D to suggest, test, and refine new product developments.
Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities to identify trends.
Serve as the primary technical expert to customers, representing the company in technical proposals.
