Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a Sales & Field Testing Manager for Cement Additives in the USA. You will visit cement plants, build relationships with cement customers, conduct on-site field trials, and collaborate with commercial/technical teams to adapt products and expand market share.

Requirements include an engineering degree (chemical preferred), 3–5 years in cement field work, strong technical aptitude, travel willingness, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma / University degree in engineering (preferably chemical).
• 3–5 years hands-on field experience in Cement Industry.
• Strong relevant industry knowledge & network.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Visit cement plants and build relationships with the cement market.
• Regular communication with Director of Cement Additives and Technical Service.
• Lead on-site field trials and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with commercial/technical teams to adapt products and capture market opportunities.
• Develop competitors’ product database to support growth.
• Provide value-added services: seminars, on-site troubleshooting, technical presentations.
