Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Cement Additives Process Engineer to drive business growth through technical support for the cement manufacturing process. This remote position involves working closely with the sales team and customers to provide expertise in cement technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry, with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in cement manufacturing, communication, and analytical tasks are required.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $125,000 plus bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry – master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
• Advanced knowledge of cement chemistry and cement manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical ambassador for the cement additive sales team.
• Provide technical support and expertise for the cement manufacturing process.
• Compile and analyze industrial trial process data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products.
