Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Field Integrated Solutions Implementation Specialist to help new customers set up on the Xplor Pay platform, train them, and simplify their onboarding journey. You will work across Sales, Onboarding, Activations, and Support to ensure a smooth transition and timely go-lives for merchants.

This remote U.S. role requires 2+ years in onboarding or implementation, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience providing technical and customer implementation support in SaaS or tech.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Experience using a CRM to manage onboarding/implementation, ideally Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internally between Sales, Onboarding, Activations, Support, Product to provide a single point of contact.
• Guide customers through implementation and adoption of the full Xplor Pay product suite.
• Work with data teams to migrate data during onboarding and manage project timelines.
• Educate merchants on software capabilities and facilitate successful installations.
• Ensure go-live readiness and manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
