Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a self-driven Direct Sales professional for Xplor Pay. This fully remote, commission-based role focuses on going to local businesses to provide payment processing solutions and grow your region’s revenue.

You’ll be part of a growing team with uncapped commissions, activation bonuses, weekly payments, and ongoing training to help you close deals and maximize income.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
