Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Field Integrated Solutions Implementation Specialist for its Xplor Pay vertical. You will help new customers set up, train on use, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey across industries, acting as a trusted advisor through implementation, adoption, and post-sales collaboration.

The role emphasizes coordinating across teams, data migration, and guiding customers to successful go-lives while upholding Xplor Pay values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience providing technical and customer implementation support preferably in the technology/SaaS industry utilizing omni-channel communication.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internally between Sales, Onboarding, Activations, Support, Product, and 3rd party teams to provide a single point of contact for customers.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding onboarding and adoption of Xplor Pay product suite.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales during transition to post-sales team.
• Work with data teams to migrate data during initial onboarding.
• Project manage customer schedule and onboarding timeline per go-live date.
• Educate customers and onsite teams on system functionality and installation process.
• Manage multiple implementations with focus on on-time go-lives and scope adherence.
• Provide technical guidance to help customers use the system effectively and resolve escalations.
