The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution of I&C projects, warranty responses, and site interventions while integrating data-driven insights from ServiceMax. You will partner with Sales/ITO, manage remote teams of field service engineers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, drive capacity planning, and help

Formación

• 12+ years of service management experience in Defense/Offshore/Maritime sectors.
• 2+ years leading teams of 50+ in remote/high-pressure environments.
• 2+ years as a key leader in a matrixed organization with cross-functional priorities.
• 5+ years experience in S&OP or capacity management in a service-intensive environment.
• 5+ years’ expertise with ServiceMax or similar FSM tools; experience managing Installed Base data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic leadership and partner with Defense & Offshore leadership to inform regional strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end field service execution for I&C, warranty, and interventions.
• Bridge field operations with program management, regional leadership, and IT teams to align maintenance with milestones and resources.
• Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and commercial milestones for customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Enforce offshore safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Manage field service engineers, ensuring certifications and readiness for offshore/defense environments.
• Lead capacity planning (S&OP) to balance dispatch needs with project schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales/ITO to lead tendering for I&C proposals with accurate scope and resource estimates.
• Serve as ServiceMax champion; drive data accuracy and optimize dispatch workflows.
