Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Director in the United States to oversee end-to-end field service operations across defense, offshore, and maritime environments. You will install, commission, manage warranty claims, and coordinate technical interventions.

You will lead a large workforce of field service engineers, ensuring safety, readiness, and high performance through capacity planning and resource optimization.
