Jobgether is seeking a Field Service Leader - Defense, a fully remote role based in the United States. You will lead a large field service workforce across defense, offshore, and maritime environments, driving safety, efficiency, and profitability while aligning with contractual and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of service management in defense, offshore or maritime sectors.
• 2+ years leading teams of 50+ in remote or high-pressure environments.
• 5+ years in Sales and Operations Planning and capacity management.
• 5+ years using ServiceMax or comparable FSM platforms.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no relocation provided.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: analyze field service performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Oversee end-to-end installation, commissioning, warranty claims, and on-site interventions.
• Coordinate with service ops, PM, sales, finance, legal, and digital teams to align resources.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance across offshore, maritime, and defense contexts.
• Lead and develop field service engineers, ensuring needed certifications and training.
• Lead S&OP to balance urgent dispatch with long-term project schedules.
