Job summary

Capsa Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite support and remote diagnostics for Capsa products. You will install, repair, and upgrade equipment, deploy configurations at customer sites, and train users while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of field service experience, strong technical skills across mechanical, electrical, and software areas, and willingness to travel up to 75% with potential remote or hybrid work near Portland, OR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years of field service experience.
Experience supporting technical products in healthcare or capital equipment environments.
Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic, networking, software installation, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ERP/CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, maintain, refurbish, and upgrade Capsa products and software.
Deploy, configure, test, and validate equipment at customer facilities.
Use Capsa software platforms and tools to monitor performance and assist with remote diagnostics.
Coordinate product delivery and service logistics with customers and freight providers.
Train customers and third-party service providers on product operation and maintenance.
Document service activity and report trends to improve products.
Travel as required to support installations, service, and field projects.
Participate in on-call rotation and complete trip reports and service records.
