Job summary

Capsa Healthcare is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance for our medication management products. The role reports to the Product Support Supervisor and is based in Portland, Oregon, with initial on-site training for six months before transitioning to remote work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or technical support, knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Syteline, Salesforce.com), and experience with electrical voltage measurements.

Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems (Syteline, Salesforce.com).
  • Experience measuring AC/DC voltages with a voltmeter.

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls/requests for quotations, orders, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate orders to meet customer needs and production capabilities.
  • Communicate with customers through multiple channels in a constructive manner.
  • Provide tier-two technical support for Capsa products or systems.
  • Triage and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
  • Process product warranty shipments.
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints and concerns.

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for our various medication management products. This is a unique opportunity to shape critical technologies that healthcare professionals depend on every day.

This position reports to the Product Support Supervisor and is based in Portland, Oregon. During the first six months, the role requires full-time, on-sitetraining. Upon successful completion of the training period, the position will transition to a remote work arrangement.

As the Technical Support Specialist, you will:
  • Responsible for all calls/requests for quotations, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and manage orders to customer’s needs and production capabilities.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers through various channels in a constructive, positive manner in support of Capsa’s service policy.
  • Provide exemplary service to all customers, internal and external.
  • Provide tier-two level technical support for customer issues concerning Capsa products or systems.
  • Triage and escalated customer technical issues as necessary to additional level support.
  • Process product warranty shipments.
  • Receive and resolve all incoming customer complaints & concerns.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk
  • BA / BS preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems; Capsa currently uses Syteline and Salesforce.com
  • Experience measuring AC & DC voltages with a voltmeter
