Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and validate precision measurement equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and application problems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers.
• Prepare accurate service reports, time records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and distributors to resolve issues.
