Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant technical background (millwright, maintenance, engineering, field service) or equivalent.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical support at customer sites during repair/installation to ensure standards and equipment integrity.
• Ensure safe work practices and report safety incidents to pursue zero lost time.
• Improve responsiveness by being available for sales calls, technical walk downs, and providing solutions that differentiate IR's proposals.
