Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician to work remotely in Natchitoches, LA or surrounding areas. You will diagnose and repair hardware and software for mailing/shipping equipment, install upgrades, and train clients while maintaining a professional field presence.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Reliable transportation for field visits.
Familiarity with Windows PCs; basic networking preferred.
Experience with electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
Ability to lift 55+ lbs and perform field repairs.

Responsibilities

Manage a multi zip-code territory within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA with up to 80% driving time.
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime.
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment; train clients.
Use hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
