Pitney Bowes is hiring a Field Service Technician to support SendTech solutions. This remote, field-based role covers a 45‑minute radius of Portland, Maine, with occasional travel beyond.

You will diagnose, repair, and install equipment, maintain customer relationships, and drive service earnings through parts sales while adhering to safety standards. The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 55+ lbs, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 55+ lbs. and perform physically demanding field work.
• Willing to travel within the defined service area and occasionally beyond.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, service, and upgrade mailing/shipping equipment and train customers.
• Manage a multi-zip-code territory within 45 minutes of Portland, Maine, with up to 80% driving time.
• Use hand tools and small power tools for repairs and installations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
