Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment for clients.
• Support both hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce client callbacks.
• Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at installation.
• Work in a 100% client-facing capacity as a Pitney Bowes representative.
• Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring windshield time.
