Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician to work remotely in Natchitoches, LA or nearby areas. You will service and repair SendTech Solutions hardware for a diverse client base, with travel within a 2‑hour radius and occasional outside trips.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and a 10% incentive on service/parts sales. Candidates should be technically adept, comfortable driving, and able to lift 55+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 55+ lbs.
• Significant driving time and field-based work.
• Independent in the field with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Windows/PCs and basic networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi zip-code territory within 2 hours of Natchitoches, LA, with up to 80% driving time.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime.
• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are trained in usage.
• Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
