Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician for a remote, field-based role serving the Natchitoches, LA area. You will diagnose, repair, and service mailing and shipping equipment, with a focus on delivering reliable operations for a diverse client base.

You will drive within a 2-hour radius of Natchitoches, with up to 80% driving time, and have the chance to earn incentives on service and parts sales. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 55+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
• Comfortable with significant driving time in the field.
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software for mailing/shipping tech.
• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes equipment and train clients.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and travel within 2 hours of Natchitoches.
