Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of field service engineers, ensuring top-tier service across the Maryland/DC region. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, flawless execution, and continuous improvement in a remote setup.

Candidates must be capable of 50% travel within the assigned territory and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. A BS or equivalent science/engineering degree is required.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience managing a team of field service engineers.
• Proven ability to strengthen customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating service activities and schedules.
• Experience ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Technical resource for diagnosing complex issues using performance reports and diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field service engineers
• Coordinate daily service operations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Oversee complex troubleshooting and repair of advanced systems

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
