Job summary

SCIEX is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair mass spectrometers and related instrumentation across the DC metro area. The role emphasizes on-site and remote support, customer training, and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has LCMS or capillary electrophoresis experience, a science or engineering degree, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A remote work arrangement is available, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus pay.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent.
• LCMS and/or capillary electrophoresis experience required; mass spectrometry servicing preferred.
• Meet Vendor Credentialing requirements and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain instrumentation at internal and external sites.
• Provide customer training and ensure satisfaction at strategic accounts.
• Complete administration duties and service records.
