Job summary

Business Development Resources (BDR) is a premier provider of business training and coaching for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. The Field Service Software Integration Specialist will implement, configure, and support software solutions like ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, and Zuper for clients, driving efficiency and profitability.

The role requires travel for client visits and training events, with remote work options and a schedule that includes early mornings and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/IT.
• 2+ years in software implementation or field service tech.
• Hands-on with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge or Zuper.
• Clear understanding of home service operations (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
• Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure field service software per BDR best practices.
• Integrate new tools with clients' systems and processes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and go-live validation.
• Deliver onsite and virtual training for staff and field teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support and resolve software issues.
• Create training materials and user guides.
• Analyze client workflows for improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and enhancements.
• Support sales and onboarding by demonstrating solutions to prospects.
• Maintain records of configurations, trainings, and client interactions.
• Prepare performance reports on software adoption and satisfaction.
