Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to drive end-user engagement, support service centers, and expand the customer base.

You will coordinate demonstrations, learn repair and inventory processes, and collaborate with product teams to deliver value to end customers. You will travel up to 80% within the territory, leveraging POS tools and marketing programs to win new business while representing one of the world’s leading tool brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with power tools and construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory; may travel up to two weeks at a time.
• Experience with Point of sale systems and entering purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and provide product knowledge events with the Sales and Field End User Specialist.
• Learn Service Center operations, including retail, repair process, inventory, and P&L.
• Manage end-user accounts with strategic planning and optimal solutions.
• Support marketing programs to raise product awareness and grow market share.
• Grow the account base through proactive prospecting and ROI-focused selling.
• Maintain relationships with key end users and coordinate with product managers and teams.
