Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in power distribution systems (low and medium voltage, 480V-38kV).
Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, including low and medium voltage Switchgear, breakers, and control circuits.
Strong working knowledge of power distribution systems, including testing, commissioning, and start-up procedures.
Ability to work independently in a field-based, hands-on environment, providing technical support and resolving complex issues.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Willingness to travel up to 80% nationally and be based remotely in Indiana/Ohio area.

Responsibilities

Lead management and resolution of punch list items for large-scale data center installations.
Oversee resolution of warranty-related issues with internal teams and customers.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in LV/MV distribution systems and related components.
Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of LV and MV equipment in data center projects.
Maintain thorough documentation of warranty claims and technical issues with detailed reports.
Provide feedback to project and quality program managers based on field experience.
