Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 3+ years experience in Field Service Engineering.
• Electrical power experience including low to medium voltage switchgear for critical facilities.
• Experience with automatic transfer switch testing.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints for power control and automation.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and industry standards.
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support automatic transfer switch startups and field service activities.
• Provide warranty support, remedial repairs and preventive maintenance contracts.
• Travel up to 80% to customer sites in the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati area.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws.
• Communicate with clients in a highly customer‑service oriented manner and manage scope of work.
• Complete projects on time and within budget guidelines.
