Siemens is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Warranty and Quality Assurance for Indiana/Ohio. You will manage punch lists, warranty issues, and provide hands-on electrical support for data center installations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of low/medium voltage power distribution systems (480V-38kV) and related testing/commissioning procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems including switchgear and control circuits.
• Ability to work independently in field settings and provide strong technical support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation site visits to ensure storage conditions and environmental readiness before equipment arrival.
• Lead management and resolution of punch list items for data center installations to meet schedule and scope.
• Oversee warranty-related issues with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolutions and satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in power distribution systems including LV/MV equipment and control circuits.
• Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of LV and MV equipment in data center projects.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries on punch lists, warranties and technical issues; build strong customer/contractor relationships.
• Provide feedback to project and quality program managers; participate in reviews to share lessons learned and drive reliability.
• Travel up to 80% across the United States; be available for emergency assignments; document warranty claims and issue status thoroughly.
