PerkinElmer, in the United States, seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform client-site servicing, repair and installation of Delta or Perten Instruments equipment across OH, KY, MI, PA, and IN. The role includes field remote work with travel and a company car for work and personal use.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, installations, minor repairs, and coordinating with specialists to ensure proper calibration and safety. Strong communication and GMP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent work history.
• Travel approximately 80% including overnights, usually not weekends.
• Knowledge of GMP and Plant Safety Protocols.
• Ability to read and understand technical bulletins and service manuals.
• Licensed driver.

Responsabilités

• Complete preventative maintenance on Delta or Perten Instruments equipment within the region.
• Complete installs for Delta or Perten Instruments equipment, coordinating with Springfield, IL office.
• Complete minor repairs for Delta Instruments on location with guidance from Specialists.
• Coordinate with Specialists for network integration and security protocols with customer systems.
• Provide assistance with Application Support on all equipment.
• Display strong written and verbal communication and interact with peers and customers.
