Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or equivalent work history.
• Travel approx. 80% including overnights.
• Knowledge of GMP and Plant Safety Protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to follow written/verbal directions and work safely with hazards.

Aufgaben

• Perform client-site servicing, repair and installation of company products.
• Provide technical support on operational or maintenance aspects of systems.
• Diagnose failures and determine cost-effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports analyzing product failure trends and serviceability issues.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinator for scheduling and prerequisites.
• Install and calibrate Delta or Perten instruments and qualify installation.
• Coordinate training with Specialists and conduct site surveys as needed.
• Assist with Application Support on equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and peers.
