Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products at our Boise, ID site. The role balances 50% field service activities with 50% supporting leadership in key accounts, delivering high customer satisfaction and adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will provide expert technical support, train on-site teams, and travel regionally as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• University or formal qualification in a mechanical, electromechanical or electronics discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years field service experience in a relevant industry, with strong customer facing focus.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Edwards products, including complex troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Quality assurance of site assets and processes, and maintenance of installed base data.
