Job summary

ZF CV Systems North America LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and training across US markets. You will diagnose field issues, develop tools, and train distributors, fleets, and dealers to improve uptime.

The role requires up to 50% travel, Texas-based candidates preferred (Houston, Dallas, or Austin). Strong communication and diagnostics in driveline, axle, or transmission systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3–5 years in field service or product support.
• Experience delivering technical training and developing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical field support for customers, dealers, and fleets.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic tools and strategies for efficient issue resolution.
• Deliver web-based and in-person technical training to distributors and internal teams.
