Job summary

ZF is seeking a Workshop Training & Network Specialist to expand the workshop partner network and provide technical training across the US. You will visit workshops, deliver hands-on sessions, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams.

Remote work is supported, with preference for candidates located in the US, including the East/Central regions. The role requires 5+ years in automotive aftermarket, strong diagnostics knowledge, and experience in developing curricula.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive aftermarket experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the expansion and development of the workshop partner network within the assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular workshop visits.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and product guidance.
• Deliver technical training for workshops and distributors.
• Develop and maintain training content covering products, systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on practical training sessions.
• Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support customer needs.
• Promote technical programs, certification initiatives, and network standards.
