Job summary

AMETEK's Taylor Hobson division is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support our USA customer base. After completing training, you will install, calibrate, maintain, repair equipment at customer sites and provide remote diagnostics and after-sales support.

Candidates should have a degree in electronic or multidisciplinary engineering, 3+ years field service, valid US driving license, and willingness to travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, electronic, or multi-disciplinary engineering.
• Exceptional computer skills and proficiency with email and Office tools.
• Valid US driving license and ability to travel.
• Able to work independently representing AMETEK Taylor Hobson at customer sites.
• Willing to work flexible hours and assist colleagues abroad when required.
• Travel within North America for training and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers on equipment.
• Calibrate and maintain instruments and perform service repairs.
• Provide after-sales support, remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Quote services to customers as needed.
