Job summary

United Imaging - North America is seeking a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the US. You will install UIH equipment, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure rapid, high-quality service.

The role requires up to 75% travel, a valid driver's license, and an Associate degree or equivalent experience. Relocation is not offered; candidates should reside near the posting location in Florida/US area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) is highly desired.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, mechanical, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support for designated UIH products.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and updates.
• Assist with launches of new imaging system products in the US market.
