Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare North America, Inc. seeks a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging equipment in the Columbus, OH area.

The role requires coordinating with care centers, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality customer service while adopting new technology. Applicants should have an Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, familiarity with MR/CT/X-ray systems, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Field service experience handling geographic territories.
• Strong IT skills: Windows, MS Office, network connectivity.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support to customers and set benchmark in medical imaging service.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting, maintenance and updates.
• Embrace new technology while leveraging core strengths in service.
• Support first-of-a-kind imaging system launches in the US market.
• Build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure expeditious resolution and satisfaction.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in designated geographic regions.
• Attend service training courses overseas and in the US to earn UIH Professional Certificate.
