Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 3 years of related field service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of combination Hardware/Software/IT experience supporting both proprietary and standard applications.
• 24x7 after hours experience in a customer-facing/field service environment, required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems located within hospitals and other healthcare facilities within the territory.
• Respond to, evaluate, and prioritize work orders; diagnose, service, and resolve issues regarding hardware and software system components.
• Execute a preventive maintenance program and support Sales and Implementation teams as needed.
• Provide efficient field services including installations, in-servicing, repair, calibration, and inventory controls.
