Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support customers in the Triveneto region with remote work flexibility. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and repairs of medical microscopy and AI analysis solutions, traveling as required across Italy.

You will collaborate with the Italy Service Team, respond to service calls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in line with Danaher Business System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with timely and competent service within the region.
• Install, repair, and test products or IT solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose system failures and provide cost-effective solutions; escalate as needed.
