Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Field Service Engineer to service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities. This role is fully remote within the US Northeast Field Service Team, reporting to the Northeast Supervisor.

You will build strong customer relationships and drive timely, first-time fixes. Candidates will have an Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical/biomedical engineering or life science (or equivalent military experience) and 3+ years

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science OR equivalent military experience.
• 3+ years' experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or solving instrumentation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Service Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
• Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives.
• Drive urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with a focus on a first-time fix through effective problem solving.
