Job summary

CBRE seeks a field-based maintenance specialist for life sciences lab equipment. This remote role requires travel to client sites nationwide to service chromatography and related instrumentation, perform calibration, and ensure compliant operations.

You will document activities, coordinate with contractors, and uphold CBRE RISE values while delivering reliable support in highly regulated facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of related work experience. Diploma or equivalent considered.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift 50 lbs+ as needed.
• Experience with analyzing information and following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take apart, examine, clean, fix, calibrate, and maintain chromatography and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and service equipment; handle unscheduled work.
• Document inspections, maintenance, repairs, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with external contractors on repairs and maintenance agreements.
