Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, repair, and PM advanced analytical instruments at customer sites and in-house. You will work on Waters ACQUITY HPLC/UPLC systems, perform IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications, and maintain GMP/GLP compliance while documenting service reports.

Travel up to 25% overnight may be required; candidates should have 2–3 years of related experience, an appropriate diploma, and strong knowledge of mass spectrometry and chromatography to support

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience or equivalent education considered.
• Experience with analyzing information and problem solving in lab settings.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance on analytical instruments (Waters ACQUITY HPLC/UPLC).
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ qualification protocols and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Diagnose issues on LC/UPLC, GC, and related peripherals; complete service reports.
• Maintain customer relationships and support business development.
