Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments across the New England region.

You will provide on-site technical support, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver a high level of customer service to clinical and research laboratories while traveling within your territory.

This role offers a remote work arrangement eligible and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (tech related) or equivalent military experience.
• 1+ years diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, or instrumentation equipment.
• Ability to travel within assigned region; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, validate, perform preventive maintenance and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs, order parts, and use systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and train newer Field Service Engineers.
