You’ll travel up to 25%, manage territory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service metrics and drive instrument uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of engineering or laboratory technology experience.
• Able to travel up to 25% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments to ensure uptime and compliance.
• Diagnose technical issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Manage customer relationships and drive high satisfaction and service quality.
• Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotations.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines and support cross-functional teams.
