Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 10% within the assigned territory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in team environments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and remote computing tools (VPN, remote troubleshooting).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems and ensure instrument performance.
• Troubleshoot complex instrument issues and document resolutions.
• Manage customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support after-hours coverage.
